SS Corporate Securities Ltd is a professionally managed financial services company engaged in providing fee -based services to its clients. The company, incorporated in 1994, started as a trading member of National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) in the year 1995 and Depository Participant with NSDL from June 2006. Over a period of time the company has built upon the foundation of quality services and high levels of integrity and is today among one of the leading members of NSE in North India . It has evolved with the growth of NSE in the capital markets during the last ten years and it provides a bouquet of broking services to its clients on NSE viz. trading on the Capital Market (Cash), and Futures and Options (Derivatives) segments.
The promoters – a team of first generation, professionally qualified entrepreneurs, comprise the board of directors, which manages the affairs of the company. Mr Shankar Somani is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Mr Sunil Kumar Gupta is ex bank officers having rich experience in industry, consultancy and capital markets.
Over the years, building upon quality services and sound management practices, the company has been able to create a place for itself among the top intermediaries of NSE. Its turnover for the year 2005-06 is Rs 71885.71 Crores. The Networth of the company as at 31 st March 2006 is Rs. 18 Crores. The company has a network of branches and sub-brokers across various towns in north India servicing a large investor base.
The company operates out of its own head office building located at Saraswati Vihar (Pitampura) in North Delhi . The office spanning an area of 8000 square feet is well equipped with all modern computer and communication systems. It also acts as a nerve center for co-ordinating / overseeing business activities at branches and sub-broker offices.
The management looks at the future with a lot of optimism and is exploring exciting business avenues for growth through expansion / diversification.
